  1.  General: Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, occasional discrepancies may occur, leading to the unavailability of certain products. In such cases, Kurb reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
  1. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. The shipping cost will be clearly communicated and collected with your purchase, ensuring transparency and clarity for our customers.
  1. Delivery Terms: In general, domestic shipments are expected to be in transit for 5 - 7 days. Orders are typically processed within 2 working days from the date of order placement. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. We take measures to minimize shipment delays during holiday closures.
  1. Change of Delivery Address: Requests for a change of delivery address can be accommodated before the order is dispatched. Please notify us through customer care via phone or email for any address changes.
  1. Deliverable Pincodes Availability: Our courier services may revise pin code services due to unavoidable circumstances. If your provided pin code becomes non-serviceable, our customer care team will contact you for an alternate shipping address. Kurb holds the right to cancel orders in such cases.
  1. Delivery Time Exceeded: Should the delivery time exceed the forecasted duration, please contact us for an investigation. Factors beyond our control, such as unexpected delays from courier partners or transporters due to weather conditions or strikes, may contribute to delays. 
  1. Tracking Notifications: Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of their shipment. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping provider, and you can also track your order here.
  1. Parcels Damaged In Transit: If the outer box of your parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel if possible. Contact our customer service immediately if the parcel has been delivered without your presence.
  1. Good & Service Tax: All the prices displayed on the checkout page is inclusive of all taxes.
  1. Cancellations:
  • Your Order Cancellation Rights: You are entitled to cancel your order before the order shipped without any questions asked. Once your order is shipped you can't cancel it. Incase your order is shipped and you still want to cancel you must inform us of your decision by email or call. You can also refuse the delivery. For prepaid order; refund will be initiated after the product is received back in our hub.

  1. Product Missing / Damaged Product: If there is a product missing / damaged during the delivery than within 24 Hours you have to send us a video of the delivery package you received for proof.
  1. Claim Settlement For lost in transit: We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
  1. Fake delivery: In case your order is not delivered and it shows delivered in the tracking status than contact customer care or email with order id within 24 hours of the notification received.

Shipment Return To Origin: Our courier partner will try to attempt the delivery three times but due to any reason if the parcel is not delivered then the shipment will be RTO by our courier partner. For reshipment of the order, the customer needs to wait till the product is back in our warehouse (Non Cod). For COD orders customers can place fresh order.
