How to Start a Return
- Visit Orders Page: Navigate to the orders page on our website and initiate the return process for the product you wish to return.
- Contact Us: Alternatively, you can start a return by contacting our support team at support@kurbtoys.in.
Return Process
- Initiate the Return: Follow the steps above to start your return.
- Return the Product: Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
- Quality Check: Once we receive the product, our team will perform a quality check.
- Return Charge: A return charge of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Refund: After the quality check is completed and the return charge is deducted, the remaining refund amount will be credited back to the original payment source.
Note: Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a reduced refund or rejection.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customer.service@kurb.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kurb.in.
